Complex B2B Purchase Workflow Design

Designed a centralized processing hub to manage purchase requests from three different stakeholder groups, defining substitute workflows to support complex edge cases.

Cross-stakeholders Communication Channel Design

Designed a seamless communication channel connecting different stakeholders, bridging communication gap and closing reporting gaps.

Field Operations Monitoring Application

Bridge field team operations and in-office management by designing real-time monitoring and approval workflows.

Scalable UI Design System & API Integration UX

Designed integration and API UX across partner systems, addressing edge cases for seamless experiences; built a scalable UI design system from scratch.

Non-moderated Usability Testing

Conducted non-moderated usability testing with clients and internal teams to inform iterative improvements.
